Okay Okay. Maybe it isn’t that magical. It might not even be that easy to get your gained child into the kitchen with you. It might not even be that easy to get you in the kitchen to bake. Although it isn’t an instant bonding thing; it is a step towards building one.

That’s what is all about super moms.

Introducing and building.

It will take more than one thing but I have learn that each new layer of new creates a stronger foundation to build the new on top.

Below is a simple 8 ingredient, sweet, incredibly delicious lava cake you and your gained daughter or son can make together and invite the dad in to share the beautiful creation you two made together. I picked this one because it’s

fun and easy to make.

I use ramekins to bake the cakes in. It makes the job so easy and they just look good. You can find them pretty much anywhere from your local stores to even online at Amazon.

The original recipe I normally use if for serving two. It is a go to date night dessert if I cook dinner for the hubby. All you have to do is double the ingredients.

Chocolate Yummy Lava Cakes

Ingredients :

Flour – 1/4 cup

Egg Yolk – 1

Large Egg – 1

Vanilla Extract – 1/2 teaspoon

Espresso – 1/2 teaspoon (optional depending on the age of course)

Powder Sugar – 1/2 cup

Semi or milk chocolate – 2 ounces (chopped)

Unsalted Butter – 1/4 cup

Cocoa to line the ramekins

Instructions

First , preheat the over to 425 degrees.

Next use some butter and coat the ramekins and then use cocoa to coat over the butter (little messy but fun part) Set aside

Then you will add the butter and the chocolate in a microwavable bowl for 30-40 seconds increments. Make sure you guys are stirring after each increment. It is done when you have a melted and smooth chocolate.

When you get to that point , whisk the powder sugar in with the melted chocolate in the same bowl.

Once combined add the egg and egg yolk plus the vanilla.

Mix Mix and Mix

Add your flour and espresso and then fold it into the mixture.

Divide the batter into the ramekins and pop in the ready to go heated oven

Bake the yummy goodness for 12-13 minutes or until you can see the edges firm up and the middle slightly soft if touched. Once done, remove, let it stand for at least a minute.

Finally invert the ramekin onto your dessert plate and dust with powder sugar (strawberries if you have it) and there you guys have it.

Enjoy the cakes and smile at another moment made into a memory.

Cheers !!!
